Chairman – Dispute Resolution
David Hertzell was Managing Partner of city law firm DAC until 2006. He was appointed a Law Commissioner in 2007 until 2014. Today David is Chairman of Mactavish’s dispute resolution practice.
Head of Client Services and Operations Director
Richard graduated from Oxford University with a degree in French & Russian. He spent a further two years at Oxford completing an MPhil in French & Russian literature.
Client Services Director
Liam is now the Client Services Director at Mactavish where he oversees the delivery of the firm’s technical output and is responsible for all aspects of client service.
Head of Business Development
As Head of Business Development for Mactavish, Matt’s responsibility is to deliver growth, increase brand visibility and further expand the industry knowledge
Business Development Manager
James graduated with a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Reading in 2014, before reading Law at BPP University.
Steve has been a brand and marketing consultant to high-profile companies in both the US and the UK. His particular focus is on B2B financial and professional services.
Emma is a qualified member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, holding a Diploma in Insurance, and was the joint winner of the Insurance Institute of London’s 2016 Commercial Insurance Contract Wording prize.
Katherine is currently a Senior Analyst and project leader in Mactavish’s delivery team, with responsibility for managing and delivering client projects.
Daisy graduated with a BA in History with German from UCL and holds a PhD in History from the same institution.
Marc graduated with a BA in Oriental Studies from Wadham College, Oxford. He also holds a MLitt in Middle Eastern History from the University of St Andrews.
