Sam joined Mactavish in 2022 following nearly 20 years in the insurance broking industry, most recently within the Risk Management practice at Marsh managing global programmes for some of the world’s largest media, communications and technology companies.
Sam spent 12 years specialising in TV and commercial production insurance, including providing a bespoke risk management service and new product design before moving into the large account space.
She has joined the Client Relationship Management team to advance the Mactavish proposition and continue to position the firm as the UK’s leading independent outsourced insurance buyer.
As a qualified Mental Health First Aider and former Mental Health CRG chair, Sam actively promotes the de-stigmatisation of such issues and has developed company-wide wellbeing strategies. She currently sits on the iDAWN (Insurance Disability, Ability and Wellbeing Network) committee and is an accomplished public speaker on the topic of mental health and wellbeing.
