Ian brings 30 years of private equity, M&A and corporate finance experience to Mactavish, which he joined as Strategic Adviser in 2026.
He is a Senior Adviser and former Managing Director at EPIC Investment Partners, and was previously a Partner at Lyceum Capital, where he led the origination of mid-market buyouts across business services, technology and financial services. At Mactavish, Ian draws on his extensive private equity network and transaction experience to support the firm’s medium-term growth ambitions.
