Campaign Manager

The role

The team is responsible for attracting and retaining clients, via inspiring and engaging omnichannel campaigns and initiatives.
The role offers the opportunity to work alongside innovative thinkers in a rapidly developing field, during an exciting time of our business growth.

Who we are looking for

  • A graduate or young professional with minimum experience with Email Campaigns
  • A quick learner with the ability to absorb new information and challenge ideas
  • Strongly analytical
  • Excellent skills in communicating both internally and on social media
  • Enthusiastic engagement with Mactavish proposition and value add
  • Collaborative approach to engaging across the broader Mactavish team
  • Ability to multi task and work on multiple projects
  • Digitally savvy with an interest in Social Media
  • Experience within the Finance, Insurance or Legal sector would be desirable but not essential

Core responsibilities

  • CRM strategy
    • Manage our contact plan to recruit and convert new prospects, drive engagement and onsell opportunities with existing clients and foster retention
    • Create email campaigns based on our market segments’ specific needs
    • Onboarding coms plan for our new customers
    • Implement a test and learn culture to optimise our message and provide the best possible experience with our brand to prospects and clients
    • Review campaign plan, outline any gaps and optimisations and report on our campaign performance
    • Maintain high engagement and retention with the brand
    • Implement our client advocacy strategy and maintain high clients scores
    • Increase marketing permissions
  • Social Media
    • Increase brand awareness through channel engagement and content roadmap
    • Input on our content plan to support our lead generation strategy
    • Develop campaigns ideas to create WoM and brand awareness
    • Align communications across all authority platforms to amplify all campaigns
  • Brand identity and consistency
    • Follow guidelines to adopt the right tone and content on all channels. Carry out our messages to all our market segments, including but not limited to SM individual platforms, customer communications, solution assets, website
    • Communications strategy on new assets distribution (coordinate activation plan per channel and ensure our message is consistent across all our touch points)
